Absolutely. There's nothing like spending a day at the beaxch totally naked, either alone or with friends. Since I doubt that we;ll see the day anytime soon that nudity is allowed on all beaches, the designation of nude sections at each beach would be a great compromise.
Those of us who enjoy nudity at the beach could go to these sections, and those who enjoy staying dressed could go to the clothed part.
Seems like a plan to please everyone! |

I don't see why they shouldn't be legal. In many places it's considered culturally unacceptable. I think as long as it's posted, it shouldn't be a problem. For example, everyone knows Orient Beach in Saint Maarten is considered a nude beach. So, if you have a problem with that; such as your chidren being exposed to nudity, simply don't go there! |

Someday our backwards thinking nation will catch up with Europe.
Many countries in Europe have nude sections on each major beach, designated by signs. Those who prefer that format go, while those who don't can avoid it. It's very fair.
That is how it should be....legally designated and well marked areas. That way nudists won't have to hide out, but they also won't have to offend anybody to be free. |
