Travelling to Cuba and my boyfiend has a minor drug charge, will we be ok to travel?

Cuban officials may be keeping an eye on you if they know you've had these drug charges. They don't take drug offenses lightly.
However, for your travels, you'd need to speak to the authorities in your country because sometimes a travel visa may be refused if you have criminal charges or pending criminal charges.

You need to find out if your passport has been revoked as well. If not, then it might be fine.
And you probably will not have any problems.

You will not be asked about those sort of thngs on the tourist card.

As mentioned, don't think about taking any weed or trying to but it in Cuba - drugs are dealt with harshly by the authorities.

There's no such a thing as a "Minor Drug Charge" you either have it or not! If you have a drug charge thats a charge, you commited a very stupid crime, hopefully hes a change man and its not going to cuba and try to buy drugs because let me tell you they will arrest you in there if they catch you involve in ANY drug related activity, no matter how minor, he can get into the island with the minor charge, they wont check, but please dont try to involve yourself on any of those activities while in there because the laws in cuba are very hard

also, goverment officials love to pretend to be dealer just to put you in jail, so trust no one!

I will give you the straight dope(haha) I am from Montreal and have been in Cuba many times I have some charges and convictions related to narcotics that are not anywhere near minor.
I have never been loooked at by any official at any airport.
No body is really interested in that .

No. - the Cubans will sling him into jail and let him rot. There's no such thing as a 'minor' drug offence, they are all serious. Should teach him a lesson.

Please get it checked out before you go anywhere. Certain countries dont like it if you have a drugs conviction. I would email the embassy and explain the situation and see how you get on there. Its better to be safe than sorry.

If you have to land and change flights in the USA you may have a problem, otherwise you should be fine. So long as it is declared on your visa application - if it is then granted you shouldn't have any problem.
