Doux doux, why yuh don't drink some nice coconut water? Never fail meh yet. An mix some lime an honey; dat go help. Put socks on and rub down wit some Vicks.

ooooh oh, yuh not feeling well? come for ah hug *hugz* but i should warn you that i also have the flu...well ah nasty, hacking, congestive cough that wont go away...but as long as you dont mind that you may get it also, i can give you as many hugs as you like.

is lunch time unfortunately, so i cant send you breakfast now, but how about some tea - fever grass - cause it does taste nice nah, that should help the throat. i woulda send you some Zebapeak (if that how to spell it) in some puncheon eh, but it didnt work for my flu, so im almost sure it not going to work for yours.

Poor Chara, Sending you good thoughts for your quick recovery. Try to drink as much as you can, stay in bed, think good thoughts. If I could send you a nice warm bowl of porridge with cream and cinnamon I would. Have a nice dream about it and you'll feel better when you wake up. Let us know when your feeling yourself again.

for breakfast u'll be having some lightly buttered french toast, a cool glass of orange juice, and a banana..
