ALLLLL YUUUHHH I HEAR!!!

Oh gosh is summer ah ha to go low with the hair. Ah t'ing in ah few years I aint go ha that problem. Anyway ah still sweet. Wha yeh say dey Gibsy girl. Mauh..OOOOHHHHH LOOOORRD I is touble.

Wha I gone? Me ain't like all yuh when all yuh want a drink allyuh gone Trini instead ah the local bar.

I went to Diego Martin Government Secondary School, class of '86, came out with 7 passes ( no 3's in that) and still couldn't get ah job selling sno cone. Now ah hear people turning down jobs. LOOOORDD Trini nice.

Dem was the best years of meh life. Ah play for the school football team from form 1 to 5. Ah get blank from every gurl in the school from from 1 to 5, except for Monisa, lord that gurl had meh heart. Ah 'no ah love she because after a football game in from 1 she buy meh a roti. Now TELL MEH THAT A'INT love.

Now Ah hear she still looking good but into body building. Ah happy for she but that mean the little fat on she body gone. Me a'int into that. I like a little fat. New York does get cold yuh know..

Ah fall in love with a teacher in form 4 and that go on till she leave the country. Ah get beat-up in form 2 by a form 4 gurl who come from Junior sec.

Ah couldn't bore meh ears, but all them cool boys had dey ears bore so I wear a stick-on earring. Somebody tell meh mother she coming in the school bizzaar and ring meh ear off. Talk about embarrasement.

OOOOH LOOORRRDD doh forget the Miami Vice outfit to go Saturday school in Upper Lever...

I passed for and attended St. Francois Girls' College. I had a BALL and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Pass for Pville Junior Sec then meh modda make meh relocate to the states..steups.. I was reall lovin dat school too.. I went to a all girls primary school..so yuh kno wha goin on dey..as soon as I pass fuh Pville..I was ova happyyyyyyy... we used tuh joyride in Rugged (maxi) until I get ketch in Sando & I geh licks from d maxi 2 school....steupsssssss..lol dem were d dayz...

I living Claxton Bay and I end up passing for Point Fortin College... talk bout dribbling on mehself cause ah dropping asleep in maxis like Top of the Line and Interceptor just to get to Sando...
And when ah going to school... once the maxi pick up plenty school chirren I storming oui... dat $5.00 was money for two currants roll and ah see-drink...
Eventually ah transferred to Couva Sec and well is den I was riding The Ultimate Sin, Rumours, and all the no-name maxis that Tony(conductor) and Price(driver) used to operate.
Ah was storming in dem too!!

Ah went to fatima! I aint go lie nah, i real cry when i pass for dat skool cuz i wanted to go to QRC. i was going rosary and yuh kno how dem catholic skool dem LOVE to beg! so i didnt want to endure ah next 5 years ah begging..lol. Ah play big man doh an say ah go transfer to QRC after a year but ah do crap in d exam so is in fatima ah stay! Since everybody calling maxi name i go call mine too. I used to storm Checkers for bout 3 years until Players come on d scene and den is was wt dem right thru cuz dey used to pass "round d back" on st. lucien road instead of main road so yuh boy used to get drop right in front he house!

Buh wha d jail, none ah allyuh ent pass for no normal school??? geez. I living Gasparillo, and pass for Gasparillo Composite School. So allyuh know i had to walk to school half the time (still rolling meh eyes in disgust at that one) The only benefit about that is that meh grand mother was living on the way to school, so i used to pass for breakfast and in the evening to see what she cook. lol

And then ah did A'levels in SEPOS (South East POS Govt Sec) allyuh know how hard it was to get to school every day? Ah was leaving home 5:30 in the morning and wasnt sure to get to school for 8:00. And on top of that i had to stand on the bus all that time. And i leavign school 2:30..as soon as it done and wasnt sure to get home before 5 in the evening. Allyuh talking bout sleeping on maxis...i used to study on the bus, cause when i reach home all i wanted to do was sleep, so nobody was getting me to stay up in the night to study nothign.

And to make matters worse i was going Econ lessons in St. James by Elders on ah saturdays and closer to exams on ah Sundays.

Bet allyuh life i passed Econ. Ohh and i had Sociology lessons in SanFernando in the evening too.

PS My mother believed in extra lessons. When i was going secondary school every August Vacation i had lessons for at least 6 weeks out of eight. All my cousins home by my grandmother, and i going lessons sometimes until 2 in the evening.

And she wondering why i hate school, and ent want to do no more studying!!

Me, I went QRC. In my time, it didn't have Common Entrance. Common Entrance come out around 1960.

So anyway, I pass fuh Convent San F'do. I'll do it all over again if i had to - i'm still friends with most everyone I went there with.

Where allyuh east girls went?...what is de state of your liver..i nevah hear dat....allyuh make meh laugh too bad today oui.

It was my first choice...

Allyuh went all de good places....mih two bredda and dem went Fatima...

I pass fuh my first Choice SJC POS... and transferred to SAGHS...

It was close to home... I used to walk to school every day...

We had several attractions an de way to school... some ah dem UWI fellas was sweet for days

but...it had a man who used to stand on the pavement on Evans Street... and he used to be wearing his pet anaconda...de snake was BIG!!! a 8 footer......
