BENTLEY
serves6-8
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2-1 cup water
2/3-1 cup granulated sugar (approx.)
2 bottles club soda(10 oz. bottles)
2-3tsp. aromatic bitters
cherries for decoration
METHOD
Combine lime juice, water and sugar, stir until sugar dissolves
Add club soda and pour into serving glasses with crushed ice
Add bitter and decorate with cherries
Serve immediately...

Yuh no dis could be lemonaid and lime aid too right?
Limeaid; Omit club soda and bitters and increase water to 31/2-4 cups. Add a few drops of green food colouring to limeade if desired.
Lemonade;Same as limade substituting lemon juice for lime juice....

A Trinidad Bentley
250 ml fizzy lemonade
1/2 lime, juice of
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 glace cherry
1 wooden cocktail stick
1 paper, cocktail umbrella
ice, to serve
Pour lemonade & lime juice into tall glass.
Stir.
Add Angostura bitters.
Put cherry on cocktail stick & add to glass.
Add cocktail umbrella.
Add ice.
SERVE & ENJOY.

1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
1 oz. Dubonnet
Twist of peel of Lemon
Directions:
Stir apple brandy and Dubonnet with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
