U.S Citizen Go to Cuba 3 times Passport terminated Is it ??
I was told by my friend kim his friend when to cuba 2 times and he has a passport. On his third time they took away his passport. Is this True. Now my friend's friend can't go no where out of country.
I heard about this the U.S has no relations with Cuba ex. Enbargo.
The why to get around this to become a Canadian citizen and you can go as many times you want to visit the Country of Cuba.
If that is really the case, upon entry you might ask for your Cuba Visa be put on a separate piece of paper, and then upon using it, just throw it away... The Cubans might do that for you, if it really means losing your passport if you enter their country.

i thought there was a way to stamp the passport with a removable page. i had this done a couple times in israel, when i was planning to go to jordon. jordon would now allow anyone to enter the country that had a passport stamp from isreal. israel just stamped it with a removable page.

Who took away his passport? Cuba or the U.S.? I'm guessing you mean the U.S. He's in deep trouble if Cuba stamped his U.S. passport. Usually the Cubans don't do that for that very reason.

ask for the cuban stamp to be on paper and not on the passaport ...you' ll be fine.

Usualluy for violating the law there is a fine of 10000.00 usd for that , only cubans with relatives and people with a special licence like journalists, religious etc can travel.
The cubans that have relatives there are only allowed to go once every three years.
this only applies to US citizens and US residents as is the US that has the emabargo against Cuba, no other country in the world has those requirements to travel to Cuba

If you are an American, you can not legally travel to Cuba..as well as N.Korea and a few other countries.) He should have known that.
He's lucky all he lost was his passport. He could be in jail.
