UK to Cuba plug adaptor?

What plug adaptors will work to convert a UK Nokia Phone charger for use in Cuba? Is a voltage converter needed not to damage the phone? Thanks.

you will need both two pin round and two pin flat
most hotels are 250 volt or less do not worry about that you will not blow your phone. if you stay in a Casa then check the socket most have the voltage written on them.

I come from the UK and now live in Cuba
could you please bring me some more with you when you arrive lol

Additional info

fishtalk is not wrong here but it is not necessary to rip the plug of. what my husband does is put a peace of copper wire around each pin and places that directly into the plug sockets this brings the voltage down, don't ask me how this works i'm not an electrician, however none of my electrical items have blown with him using this method.
You will not have to go to such extremes as you will be staying in a hotel. all you need are the two pin adapters

Fishtalk
Just rip off the plug and stuff the wires in in the holes... The Cubans have to do it all the time.....the voltage of your phone charger should addapt from 100 to 240/50

First, check the charger - if it accepts 100-240 volts, that is good. (If it only accepts 240 volts, it may not charge on 100 volts).

The standard supply in Cuba is two flat pins at 100 volts - so a standard North American adaptor will be needed.

Some resorts use the European two round pins.

Best to get the adaptor before you leave - they are not easy to find here.

You will have to buy one over there or just buy one of those two pin to three pin plugs that you can pick up at the airport
