We're going to Aruba for our Honeymoon. What are the top 3 things we should go see/do?

Some people that answer these questions about Aruba only know about that tragedy, and don't really know that the island is safe and beautiful.

You should definitely:
1. Spend time on the beach. That's why you're going there, isn't it?
2. Rent a 4x4 and drive past the California lighthouse on the beach, and all the way around. It's like a moonscape on the north side of the island, but how often are you going to go offroading right along the ocean? However, don't bother driving up toward the natural bridge, as it fell into the ocean a few months ago.
3. Eat at some locally owned restaurants, rather than hotel or chain restaurants. The food is better and you can try something new.

You could ask about what happened to Natalie.

ArubaLisa
1. Spend at least one entire day on the beach
2. Head to the California Lighthouse with an expensive bottle of champagne to view a beautiful sunset
3. Expensive, but very romantic...dinner at the Flying Fishbone or less expensive, our favorite, Gasparito. At the Flying Fishbone, make a reservation at least a few weeks in advance for a table on the beach next to the water at sunset. At Gasparito request a table outside in the courtyard by the fountain or the quiet corner.

Do ask them about their justice system; how it works, who makes the rules, how much it costs to get the rules changed, etc.

Take lots of money, everything is expensive. It is a beautiful island, but the main industry is tourism, and Americans are the favored prey.

?Sinnocence?
Find Natalie and bring her home. Then become famous.

TINKERTOY ..... the 1 & only
Your list may not get to three because there is very little to do in Aruba other than beach stuff. A tour of the island will take half a day and you will see ALL of Aruba. There are casinos in a few of the hotels and there is a rather small "downtown" area to visit in the main town. Then its back to the beach for sun, parasailing, jet skiing, etc. and eating and drinking...LOL.
