I agree with Maricarmen, I love Culebra Island in Puerto Rico. Its also known as the Spanish Virgin Islands & Flamenco Beach was 1 of the Travel channel's top 10 beaches in the World.
Of course I havent been to every beach on earth, but this one is the best Ive seen. Look for yourself:
