What otha B said, However some of the things he/she mentioned are no longer existence such as the Bajan queen and I think Harrisons Cave is still under repairs. To add in a few more things you can do while here are: you can visit the Parliament of Barbados, The Wild life reserve, harbor Master (which takes you on a boat cruise) Oistin's on a friday night, Sandy Lane golf course and Jet ski riding.

You can contact Barbados national trust and go on the Sunday morning 3 hour nature walks. These walks are free and you get to spend time walking with a few tourists and with some people from the island and see the island in the quiet of the morning. They will tell you about the area you are walking and the sites you are seeing. I live in the USA and I go on these walks when I am Barbados. I noticed that you are staying in St. James, near the beautiful beach coast and golf course. You have to sit out on the veranda late at night and just listen to the waves and sounds of the night. You should also try fresh coconut water.

Harrisons Cave is a must and its definitely opened. You can go into town, go to EarthWorks Pottery in St Thomas oh there is also a Tree top cafe next door to Earthworks and it has a very nice view. Plenty beaches, sport bars and plenty more.

You won't be bored trust me.

There are quite a few things that you can do. I f you're around for any of the festivals like Kadooment you can visit any of the exhibitions that go along with it as well as partake in the festival itself.
On the to do list
1.Harrison's Cave is a must see;
2.If you're into golf you will be staying in the vicinity of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course and there's always Sandy Lane which is on the same coast or Rockley or The Barbados Golf course which is on the south coast.
