It depends on where you go and if you're going with kids. My favorite(s) is Paradisus by Sol Melia (see website below). They have locations in Puerto Rico (one location), Dominican Republic (2 locations), Cancun (one location) and Costa Rica (one location). The new one in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic is named Palma Real and it is amazing, I did a hard hat tour of the property during its construction last October and I will be there next month. My company has run 6 programs there this year (about 150-300 person trips each time and they all loved it). Paradisus is 5 star all inclusive with amazing rooms and resturants (make sure to make reservations for the resturants if you are not doing buffet). They also have a casino if you're interested. Have fun!!
You can usually find great deals on Orbitz for all inclusives, I'd look there first for prices on Paradisus. |

Couples Ocho Rios (Jamaica) is to die for -- it has historic charm and character (unlike other places), the food and surroundings are fabulous, and they treat you like royalty. Worth every penny for a couple who wants to relax, re-charge and reconnect in a beautiful, super-romantic atmosphere. We went last January and can't wait to go back. It is heaven on earth! |

As someone previous mentioned Couples Ocho Rios is awesome and you can sometimes find amazing deals for it around $1000/week/person for air/food/booze/lodging.
SuperClubs does a "Super Surprise Special", and for a one week vacation you can find deals around $750/person.
