Regarding what? There are books and books full of laws. No one can list all the laws here. When you move to a specific community, you can learn about the local laws there.

I suggest that before moving to PR you know well its laws, its very similars to the US but in PR their isnt much respect, justice and stability in law terms. even thought I do like PR I live in the US because I just cant stand PR laws that the government make up but never are applied correctly.

The laws in Puerto Rico are like the laws in each states all different and in some cases similar. All federal laws are the same in the states and in Puerto Rico.
