In 20 years it will be Puerto Ricans moving to the Dominican Republic...do you agree?
The Dominican economy continues to grow at 7% per year while Puerto Rico only grows at about 1% each year. I will laugh when Puerto Ricans have to take a boat to DR in 2030 to find jobs LOL!...

Grand Caymen. White Sand Beaches and Calm Blue Water. Beautiful. Plus they have great snorkeling and scuba diving!

My husband and I went to St Lucia for our honeymoon in Aug 2004. We had great weather...it was warm but it did not feel hot. There is always a nice breeze...and if it does rain it is only for a couple of minutes and the locals there call it "liquid sunshine." Very beautiful place...if you go spend the money for the Land and Sea tour...very worth it and do no bother to go into town shopping...most of it is junk and the locals bother you...one cabbie wanted to know if we wanted a cab ride to his boat (and when he pointed to it...it was the cruise ship docked...we were like no thanks pretty sure thats not your boat)

Aruba has clear water like you wouldn't believe. Yucitan Peninsula is nice too. Saint Lucia has pretty water too.

St. Thomas has beautiful waters as does Barbados.

I like Jamaica, but if you want the nicest water anywhere...head to the South Pacific. Cook Islands, Fiji, Tahiti.

My favorite beaches/ water are in no particular order: Grand Cayman 7 mile beach; Antigua Dickenson beach; St Lucia Rodney Bay; St John Honeymoon Beach; Cozumel Chaakanab National Park; and Costa Maya Majahual.

Barbados.

You can't resist the white sands, and light blue/aqua water!

They have diving/snokerling (sp?), as well.

Then that means your next stop has got to be ANTIGUA check out http://www.adventureantigua.com/... and http://www.antiguanice.com
Antigua is a little piece of paradise, has 365 LOVELY beaches and warm, friendly, inviting accommodating people. Delicious local dishes, lots to see and do. see for yourself.

Lovely sites, hikes, explore the coral reefs - you can feed the fish. Get a taste of the night life - clubs, etc... truly a lot to .... the most awesome breath-taking Sunsets picturesque moonlit sky with the stars all aglow......
