It varies, when its overcast its dark grey and heavy rains fall (or will fall), sometimes its blue when its a light shower or it could be poring and the sun is shiny brightly.

It apperas to be dark grey....some ppl say overcast look which deep grey...some say black. I have witnessed it too many times and it is def. dark grey.
