Royal Caribbean is nice, Disney is great, Carnival is OK, With Disney you can do a theme park thing and then the cruise, plenty to do for all ages on any cruise, its not just for family's all ships have kids on them.
The Caribbean cruise are nice however you would be going in the middle of hurricane season, We made it through two cruises in that month its hit or miss. At least with a Disney cruise its a two part vacation.

all cruise lines have great packages for people in that age range...21-25...find a cruise thats going to a beach and offers a drink package...when we were on spring break we went to jamaica...there was one alcohol drink that was offered in our package and it was all you can drink of that drink....some kind of punch...im assuming since youre young like me youre going to want alcohol and lots of it at a decent price! :)
