i think its hunted....(cursed)

I believe that there can be sudden storms, hurricanes or maybe other nature disasters in that area. So yes, I believe there can be specific dangers there. I don't believe it is something supernatural.

It's not a circle.

Ren Hoek
Bunch of dopey movies were made in the 70s about disasters there. Bermuda triangle risk is nothing but a bunch of crap.

Cuban pirates.

It's not a matter of "believing it". The triangle is a general area in which many vessels have disappeared. One environmental factor is the character of the Gulf Stream which is extremely swift and turbulent and can quickly erase any evidence of a disaster. The unpredictable weather pattern of the area also plays a role, as sudden thunderstorms and water spouts often spell disaster for pilots and mariners. The topography of the ocean floor varies from extensive shoals around the islands to some of the deepest marine trenches in the world. With the interaction of the strong currents over the many reefs the topography is in a state of constant change and development of new navigational hazards is swift. Not to be underestimated is the human error factor. A large number of pleasure boats travel the waters between Florida's Gold Coast and the Bahamas. All too often, crossings are attempted with too small a boat, insufficient knowledge of the area's hazards, and a lack of good seamanship. It is a combination of all of these factors that continue to bring disaster. The triangle is not a myth.

I actually flew a plane in the Bermuda triangle for one hour at age 11 making me the youngest to pilot an aircraft off record...for about a week that is until my uncle let my cousin who is a month younger than me pilot for an hour going back...making him the youngest off record to this day ha ha : / ....we didn't see any anomalies in the triangle then...although there are complex weather systems and interferences that can account for much of navigational trouble in that region of the Caribbean...thunderhead clouds that can generate 300 mph winds w/ in them and be clear as day around them...rain squalls that can come w/out much warning...lightning storms that sound like someone is shooting a cannon outside your door...the islands are an incredibly beautiful and mysterious place I would recommend for any would-be adventurer at heart...we caught lobster w/ a Hawaiian sling,...snorkeled through a sunken ship...caught barracuda and mackerel...got eaten alive by mosquitoes (at least I did)...and surely had something to talk about when i got back home to San Francisco heh...onward!..
