I love Jamaica. I just came back b4 my younger daughter was born, it was amazing i was there for Christmas and i loved it:). I'm taking my babies there in the summer so that they can love it like their mommy. Its a really culture rich place, its also super laid back.

The world is a better place because of the rich beautiful Jamaican culture. I am not Jamaican but I can appreciate two of the greatest gifts they have given the world; reggae music and the great Bob Marley.

Everytime I sit down and eat a plate of jerk chicken, rice and peas and drink a bottle of Red Stripe while listening to No Woman No Cry, I am grateful.

I absolutely adore Jamaica - its people, music, food, beaches, culture, etc. I can't wait to go back for a 5th time as soon as I can save up enough $$$ :-D

Love it....I think it is a beautiful place and Jamaicans are fantastic.
They are hospitable, great company and have a real up beat nature that I have not noticed as much in other cultures.
I think you will find it was obviously during the slave trade.

I like Jamaica a lot and I have Jamaican relatives there.

It is a beautiful place of music, an ease mind, patience however everyone has to make their money.

You may see young children asking for money. See locals inviting you to places to purchases items and come to their clubs.

It is a beautiful place but I kind of understand why Jamaicans leave it even though it is home. To leave for a better life and to have a better financial future.

A lot of people don't understand that africian, jamacian, haiti are all different even though all black. One of my customers is black and she is from europe but has a little bit of a french accent and she didnt know why people asked her if she was from haiti. People are just naive when it comes to people besides themselves.

I love Jamaica. Been there twice. I have relatives who live their, though they arent natives. They dont live on the beaches either, they are right in the heart of Jamaica. So I must say it is completely different from what you think Jamaica is.
They sell on the roads and do a lot of walking, so many people, not to mention the driving is crazy. My cousin drove. If you want to see the real thing, then visit an interior city, not the resorts.

Check out the sites below.
