we stayed at the grand paradise. we ate and drank lots on that trip. if you guys are single and are wanting to have "fun", if you know what i mean, that wont be hard. ALL of the guys that work there will hit on you and try to hook up, that is if your group is a group of women. it wont be hard either if you group is a bunch of guys. some women are even more willing. |

I went to Bavaro Palace last year, we were 8 and we were all in our mid 30's. The best thing about this hotel is that you have a disco and casino inside the compound so there's fun for everyone. Punta Cana is fine but there are no places to go outside your resort. You should try Cancun next time, been to both and Cancun beats Punta Cana anytime! Plus, all the resorts in Cancun are minutes away from the city which has lots of discos, restaurants, an intense nightlife and then you go back to your resort in half an hour or less. In Punta Cana, the nearest town is Higuey and it is a very poor and rural area, you cannot leave your resort. |

There are a lot of All Inclusives in Punta Cana. You'll do well with any of the better known ones. Depending on your budgets, you can look at the Rius, Iberostars, Paradisus, and Barcelo. Just keep in mind that all these have resort complexes with several hotels, each of different quality (stars) rating.

well I would recommend Ocean Blue!! I have been there twice and I plan to return! Its in Punta Cana - right next to Bavaro beach. The food is amazing and all inclusive so u can eat and drink all u want. I know u will be happy if u go there. Have a great time! |

Republic than" the golden jail hotels" of Punta Cana!!!
What do you do when you are a group of people (30´s) if the nearest town is 49 km from your golden jail?
