What is a penal colony, is it a resort for poofs?

In another time and distant place far far away, a tribe of littledicks banded together, and after quiet study and much dedication, they learned the art of breeding a superpecker. These superpeckers in turn developed an interstellar ion drive and seeded the earth about 1 million years ago. Thereafter, these seeds formed colonies atop stillwater surfaces such as ponds, and resembled pond scum for all means and purposes. Out of the ooze at some point evolved homo sap, who is still fixated and obsessed with his roots, the antediluvian penal colony. This is the last time I'm doing your homework for you.

A penal colony was the same as jail. however because it was on an island you were not technically locked up because you could not leave the island

Recital Vinylist
Guantanamo Bay was a 'penal implant', and none too successful...

Cinnibuns
No, darling, that's a penis colony.
