What is the best brand of cigars to buy in Cuba for around $200 per box.?

I'm going to Cuba and want to buy a box of cigars for around $200. What brand should I buy? Also is the airport the best place to buy authentic cigars? Thank you.

$60 for a box of Cohiba's that you got from a friend who works in the factory? Fakes - TOTAL fakes.

Really, it depends on your preference. Other than Edicion Limitadas., $200 will buy you cigars from just about any brand - its the frontmark that will determine the price.

Some good choices in that price range, at least for me, would be one of the following:

Bolivar Beli Finos
Ramone Allones Specially Selected
Monte No. 2
SLR Serie A
SLR Regios
Partagas Serie D No. 4
Boli Royal Coronas
Vegas Robaino Famosos

To name a few........

BTW - you CAN get quite a few Cohiba frontmarks for under $200 a box

Victor
The best are Bohío. Also Bajareque

When you return, can you tell me whether they still present Russian cartoons on TV ?

Good, beardo. Glad that you gave me some good news !
Better our own than the Russian ones. They were horrible

Once one of our best comedians had the unhappy idea of saying on TV, "Hey, Pepito, if you don't behave I will punish you to watch the Russian cartoons", to a child
They disappeared him from TV for a long time

Hoyo de Monterrey, Romeo y Julieta, or Montecristo.

You probably won't be able to get a box of 25 Cohiba for only $200.
Whoever says they get boxes of Cohibas for $60 is smoking fakes supplied to them by their "friends."

mc
Deffinatly the Cohiba Explendidos. Cohiba have different ranges but these are the most expensive of the range
The Romio and Juliet are also very good.

David G
for 200 Romeo y Julieta

tttthe answer is simple only one. the montecristo No.4 if you can find it. it is very rare in the cuban blend. if you want to buys great sticks here in the states and follow all of our international laws go to http://www.cigarfox.com
You'll be sure to be pleased. Plus you can earn a free cigar

I have no idea. I think it is a horrible habit.

And I haven't noticed any Russian cartoons on TV - mainly Cuban-produced (e.g. Epidio Valdes), plus things like Bob the Builder and one about a talking aeroplane.

PS I can't see that cigarfox sells Cuban cigars ?

muncle
Truth be told, I have never bought cigars form a cigar shop, hence seeing someone willing to pay $200 per box seems outrageous to me. I have friends who work at a cigar factory in Havana and buy from them for about $60 per box of 25 Cohiba Robustos (100% tobacco). Same goes for a box of Romeo of Juliettas, or Monte Christos. I’d never pay $200 per box.
