You can always see the Presidential Palace of Havana (now a museum of the revolution) and the Great Theatre of Havana.
Trinidad (historical sites, museums, and the sites of the streets, homes, and all around) and La Isla de Juventud (great for scuba diving and awesome creatures).

And the BEST sights to see is by getting to know the Cubans...that's the REAL sight. You will see cultural, historical and modern history. That to me is the best thing you can see in Cuba.
