Why not read a book or just listen to some nice music ( not rock or any other kinda music similar to that ) If that does not work, just get some sleep. Works good for me .

My husband and I have what are called VACATIONS and RELAXATIONS.

VACATIONS - we're moving about trying to see stuff, take pics, go places and do things

RELAXATIONS - we usually do this on a cruise. To me, a cruise is the best place to relax because you don't have to answer to ANYBODY. You can wake up when you like, order breakfast in or dinner in. See a show. Relax by the pool or simply find a quiet place on the boat and just watch the water. They usually have alot of places where you can be alone. You'll get someone that walks by occasionally but it's still the best. I advise a room with a balcony.

haha theres 2 things i do when i need to relax... one of them is get High and one of them is Get high... now there are legal ways to get high... one of those ways is dust off... another is NyQuill... yeah baby just drink a bottle of NyQuill and see if u dont get the idc attitude LOL or just get some green... cuz theres a chemical in weed called Fvck it... and if u can get that Fvck it in ur system it changes ur prespective on things...

to relax, you need to eat a great meal of your choice, then sit down with your feet up, phone off, a beer or cocktail in one hand, and of course a secluded beach to gaze at all day/night.

i am ALWAYS stressed and i have been for as long as i can remember! and it has such bad effects on your body, physically and mentally!
i now feel better if i exercise in the morning.
stretching heaps relieve bad toxins in the body.
but also now and again get a massage!
your body tenses up which causes stress even more!
i get a massage every 3 weeks and always in a much happier mood afterwards

for me, HUGGING is the best way of relaxing. whenever im mad, she would just hug me, and i would stop screaming and throwing shyt around

Go to a quiet place and just listen to those nature music. Or those bethoven music...up to yoru choice..

Do in while taking a hot bath on the bathtub or anywhere in your house that's comfortable for you.

Try getting a massage.

Go to a hotel and they offer those things for you to relax and stuff but they pretty expensive.
