de breadfruit have to go with pig tail (although i eh go eat the tail but de breadfruit ded)
steam dat dong with some coconut milk and sweet peppers.... de breadfruit soft soft ...it does give way under de fork and melt in yuh mout, yuh doh need teeth
dumpling with de saltfish ....but yuh have to put saltfish doh jes tease the taste buds, doh forget de shadow beni and ting eh with some tomatoes roll up in dat. Dem dumpling done jus rite with ah lil corn flour in it.
