What is the legal drinking age in Cuba?
I'm 15 years old and I'm going to a resort. I want to know if i would be able to drink. Additional Details I AM CANADIAN.
Of course you will be able to drink. Who is going to stop you ?
Can you pay for the drink ? If you can, what else do you need ?
Rick
Why do you ask us ? That is none of our business
As long as you are able to pay, who cares ?
Victor
It is $10. Perhaps some beverages are more expensive, but I left some years ago and I don't keep track of that kind of things

First of all 99% of resorts is All Inclusive that means all you can drink. I was told that the legal drinking age for a Cuban was 18. However, you being a tourist at a resort the staff will serve you alcohol as long as it is ok with your legal guardian. Even if your legal guardian says no there are usually 3 - 4 bars on each resort tip the bartender a buck or two and he'll make sure the drinks keep coming your way.
Go there have fun but remember when you are back in Canada you should obey the drinking laws and not drink until your 19.

18 years.

Technically in Cuba, there is no minimum drinking age...BUT to purchase alcohol, you need to be at least 16 years old...and at the resorts, they'll be cautious about serving alcohol to minors.
(and have seen this from experience)

As Tropical posted the buying age is 16, however since your parents will no doubt be paying for your trip as a child chances are you will be issued a kid's bracelet so it's doubtful you will be allowed to drink.
Smelly Cat
Uh, Americans aren't allowed there.BTW, you're too young to even be thinking about it.
