There are many vacation package deals out there to choose from. Love all of the Caribbean Islands. Very difficult to choose an inexpensive island that is beautiful.
The US Virgin islands are very beautiful. St John is my favorite beautiful island. I can't give a link because they are not working properly. But if you yahoo or google St John USVI many sites will come up.
I'm sure Cuba is a beautiful island BUT if you are an American, you can't travel there and spend money in that country. You will be fined and possibly jailed if caught. I'm not an alarmist but if something is against the law, I don't break the law. Sorry, just stating the facts.

Beautiful depends on your expectations. not expensive also depends from where are you flying from.
If you some extra details like your location and your interest you would get better recommendations.
because there many "beautiful" islands. plus what i might consider beautiful you many not. |

I have been to different parts in the Caribbean and Cuba is by far the most beautiful I've ever been. And I keep going back there because it's like a magnet.
The water and sand are gorgeous and the people make it even more beautiful.
And it's also not expensive to visit. |

i guess it first would depend on were you are flying from? but i have been on many islands through cruises and hands down the most gorgeous beaches are in Antigua second is Bermuda |

Margarita is beautifull, i've been there a lot, and is not expensive, with few dollars you can get a lot of Bolivares and having a great vacations, i'll go to there again in a couple weeks, there are amaizing beach. I live en Venezuela and this is a beautifull country to have vacations |
