the weather is hot all year round but it rains more in the summer months may to aug then its hurricane season sept to nov, dec to april are the best months to go |

Depending where you will be, the weather is excellent, between 24 and 28 degrees Celsius.
The north coast has a breeze from the Atlantic and this is excellent. If it rains , it is for 10 to 20 min max and then sun again. Enjoy your stay! |

Quite warm! around Easter time (which is in March) it is even hotter it feels like summer.. The Dominican Republic is in Caribbean.
Caribbean =warm weather or Tropical Weather.

The weather stays pretty much the same year round - 80's to 90's and moderately humid. The reason it ISN'T oppressive heat, is because it is an island and therefore gets a steady ocean breeze. I lived in and travlled through out the caribbean for several years, and it's pretty much what you will find on most of the islands. |

March is one of the better months. It's pretty hot all year round and remember, it's tropical, so it's very humid. The early spring is nice because it's just starting to get into the warmer part of the year (May-August are the hottest). It should be nice though!!! |

HOT HOT HOT!! it is hot all year round, the coolest being june-july-august i believe. i went there in june and my god it was hot! every day it was 30C and even at night you can't escape the heat! you will not need a jacket believe me! i want to go again it is so beautiful!! |

According to Yahoo Weather, in Punta Cana (a popular tourist destination in Dominican Repulic) during March the avg. high temp is 82.6°F, avg. low is 71.6°F, and avg. percipitation is 2.10".
That's pretty dog-gone nice weather in my book! And I know March is one of the most popular travel months to DR, which makes me think it's one of the nicer times to be there. |
