Definitely the islad of Kauai in Hawaii. It is one of the least touristy islands, but has some of the most breath taking scenery I have ever seen. Not to mention you might see a movie being shot there as a ton of movies have been shot there such as Jurassic park.

I really like Cozumel, Mexico. I have been there twice. The island is easy to get around on. The snorkeling and diving is fantastic. And it is reletively inexpensive.
