That has got to be Cuba you are talking about.. beautiful country to visit, of course there aren't any commercial flights to Cuba from USA but you could always travel to Grand Cayman and then continue on from there. Cuba is very tourist oriented and simply gorgeous, crime rates are low and so are prices. And you dont have to get your book stamped either if you travel there, which is a plus
