The best, hands down, is Sandals Resort. Why? The service is number one and the other thing is that when you stay at one you can visit the other hotels at no extra cost apart from the transportation costs and you dont have to use their transportation. In Jamaica, stay at one, play at eight. Remember couples only. If you are single or have a family, check out Beaches...their family all-inclusive

Next in line would robably be Sunset Grande Ocho Rios...sister property to the one in Montego Bay, then the Breezes.

These are my ratings in terms of fun. Now if you are thinking of TOTAL seclusion then that is a different matter:-)

Try Point Village in Negril have been there four times I think they give the best local all inclusive rates.

Grand Bahia Principe treats their workers like crap. Don't go there. Try Couples or any of the Breezes resorts. Point Village in Negril is nice as well.

I don't know what you mean by best..best budget or amenities? I just went to Jamaica last month and stayed at Sunset Beach Resort and Spa and LOVED it! IT was BEAUTIFUL!! Go to sunsetbeachresortandspa.com..the pics look exactly like the resort. Very nice, tours available, friendly staff. Good luck!!

bbbeautiful
Go to Jamaica Grand in ochio Rios, you will not be disappointed everything is at the resort that you can think of, yes even the waterfalls. You will not want to leave and there is something hot going on 24-7 and there is always a hot celebrity there when I went the last time ll cool J and his family was there. Where every you choose make sure you say in ochio rios/ Negril for the best time of your life.

I stayed at Sans Souci Resort & Spa and it was amazing. Loved every minute of it. It's owned by Couples' resorts.

My husband and I were married at the Sandals Grande Ocho Rios. We absolutely loved it. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. It is beautiful, there are lots of options (rooms, pools, restaurants, etc.), and the people are increadibly kind. It is well worth every penny you spend there.

i live in jamaica and i go to a different hotel every holiday. im an expert of experience.

most of the all inclusive hotels are good and you definately get your money's worth but "the best" depends on how all inclusive you expect your hotel to be and what things you define as fun.

My favourite hotel is whyndam in montego bay. It has everything i can ask for in a hotel. It has the beach with many activities and the pool with one of the longest slides in jamaica there, many diffenent restuarants to choose from etc. Hedonism can also fun if you enjoy that whole scene with the alcohol, paryting & nudity.

Couples.. I stayed at Couples Swept Away in Negril for my honeymoon. It was highly recommended by many and I know why now!!! It was exceptional! We a great room, with a balcony (all rooms do)! The food and serivce was fabulous. The resort was clean and the staff was nice. There was plenty to do, but my husband and I were perfeclty content at the pool bar and beach with a nice drink! I hope you enjoy your stay whatever you choose!
