There are none required, but several recommended:

hot chocolate
Your routine vaccinations are all you need. If there is any possibility at all of you coming in contact with body fluids get your Hepatitis shots!

I think it depends on what part you are going to. But usually you wouldn't need any.

jamdowngal
none are required, take precautions if you want

Cash
you don't need any special shots. we jamaica not has bad as the media make us out to be. the only thing i would recommend is that you drink bottle wata, because you not use to our wata. otherwise all is good. welcome and have a good time here.

You don't need any shots as Jamaicans get the same inoculations you do in the US. If you plan to work on a farm there or venture out into forested or swampy areas for extensive periods of time, you may consider taking malaria pills a few weeks prior to your trip. It is very rare to contract malaria there but depending on your plans you should be aware. Otherwise, Jamaicans pay attention to health issues and you shouldn't worry.

Rockout346
you dont actually need any i went when i was 11 and didnt need any but dont drink the water or get ice in your drink because there water isnt filtered as well as ours
