We're heading to puerta Plata next week. just started packing. Any thoughts on extras we should bring? I am Dominican, therefor I believe I can give you some suggestions, It's summer time and my country is very hot year round but specially at this time, for you and yours I would suggest you to take stuff that are comfortable for that type of weather, like sandal, t-shirts, top tanks, shorts etc, also take some sunblock to protect your skin ,because the sun is pretty intense there, and IT IS VERY NICE OF YOU to think of those in need, I'd say whatever you give them would be valuable for them specially if it is cloth items and shoes, God bless you and have a wonderful trip, (I hope you contact me after the trip to let me know how it went) |
