I usually bring tank tops and tees, shorts, capris, plenty of flip flops, a pair of tennis shoes, a couple pair of jeans, in case you go horse back riding or an active excursion. The cruises usually have a few formal nights. If you want to dress up then you will need formal clothes, or you can always wear casual clothes. It's your choice, its not something they strictly enforce. Also bring your bathing suit and cover up, plenty of underclothes, sunblock, insect repellent, if you plan to go to the nightclub, bring a few club clothes. I also bring a light jacket or sweater, it can be cold on the ship especially in the dining hall. Also make sure you bring your credit card or travelers cheques for big store purchases and small bills for purchases from street vendors. Don't forget your camera and extra memory cards and batteries. Enjoy your cruise! |

Try to pack things you can interchange with a different top or different bottom. Don't bring 18 different outfits. The rooms and storage aren't big enough.
Bring 2/3 bathing suits, a couple of cover ups.
shorts and tops. capris, light wrap for nights on ship.
formal night clothes. Travel iron
sleep clothes, undies, personal care items.
flip flops, sneakers, sandals and 1 or 2 dress shoes for evening wear.
Books, Ipod, camera, sunscreen, sun glasses, hat, credit cards, ATM card, ID, money.
Almost forgot, Ipod and camera charger. Bring one of those multi electrical plugs for charging stuff at the same time. Not many electrical outlets in the cabin
Relax and have fun) |

We went to eastern Caribbean last Feb. My husband and I had 7 suitcases.....LOL.....we took everything we could...from tanks, to shorts, capris.....dont forget a nice formal wear for formal night!!! tennis shoes, for excursions on the islands, flip flops, sun lotion, camera.....we also found a steamer at macys for about $50.....we packed so much in our suitcases, that our clothes were a little wrinkly. No iron on the ship.....
Do me a favor, tho.......when ur laying on the deck of the ship, by the pool, ordering a drink, think of us poor souls........cold weather and all.........LOLOLOL.....
have fun................ :-) |
