I think it depends on what you like in an island. If you like lots of shopping, lots of people-I would recommend St. Thomas ot Peurto Rico. If you like more quiet places, I would say probably St. Kitts, Antiqua or the smaller islands. I think a happy medium is Aruba. Although the downtown area has the shopping venders, They are generally restricted to the cruise ports or the hotel district. But the beaches and atmosphere are great-and the people are very nice. There's things to do but you don't feel like you are on the Vegas strip. |

It has all the features a Caribbean island can offer: beaches, rivers , forests, history, museums, beautiful people, incredible talent... and it's a part of the US... it can't get any better than that!!! |
