The Cayman islands! Oh...let me say Ive been to all the islands. Every little one! The one that is most breathtaking are the cayman islands! Wow! My parents had a beautiful candle lit dinner my first cruise, and it was wonderfull. I sat there practicly the whole day and stared at the water! I looked into it and it just puts me into a romantic mood! I cried so hard when we left! But now my family goes every year because its so beautiful! I still stare into the water and dream! Its heaven for me! |

I have been to mostly all the islands in the caribbean and I highly agree with Roy, you should check out Bonaire because there is nothing to do there besides diving, drive around the island and whenever and whereever you feel like stop the car and jump in the water. |

Tobago!!! of the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
It was used in the filming of Robinson Cruseo decades ago and is known for it beautiful beaches and seaside weddings.
Coral reef (buccoo reef)...azure blue waters....snorkelling, diving and lots of fish, turtles etc!
Beautiful golf course, multiple beaches one of which was ranked in the top 10 recently on travel channel ( englishman's bay)
Native language is english, big bonus!
The PlymouthJazz festival happens in Late April 2007, last year featured entertainer was Sting... this year it is Sir Elton John , the likes of Diana Ross, LL Cool J, Earth Wind and Fire are also listed in the line up for this year's event.
I leave next door in Trinidad and Tobago is one of my favourite retreats away from the grind of fast paced life of Trinidad.

The secret gem of the caribbean is the island of St. Kitts. They offered every rescue person a free vacation after 9/11, but the media ignored them. Stay at the St. Kitts Marriott and you'll never forget your trip. We stayed there and can't wait to go back. Prime Minister Douglas is a wonderful person -- we were his guests -- and the people of St. Kitts are so friendly and helpful. If you love nature, you'll love St. Kitts! |

St Barts, Canouan, Mustique (pretty much any island in the Grenadines except Union), Anguilla, Barbuda, Tortola (in the British Virgin Islands) and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
PS: I have been to Tobago a few times. It's not romantic - it's quite dirty and there is no high class accommodation there. Service is terrible and we were robbed by these supposedly "gentle" people. And I have seen lots better beaches on all the other (10?) Caribbean islands I have visited. I have never been to St Kitts or Nevis but have heard that both are very nice. |
