When is the best time of year to go to Jamaica?

Anytime is great to visit Jamaica. The temperature is pretty constant year round between 84-94 all the time. The only time i would avoid is Aug-Oct which is hurricane season.

For me - I would go when it is coldest wherever YOU live, and give yourself a welcome break from freezing your coconuts!

any time is just fine, the water temperature increase or decrease by 2-3 degrees, parties 365 nights/year however the 1st week in august (1st to 6th) no one sleeps, it's independence and emancipation celebrations, street dances,parties,food fairs,cultural displays, art exhibitions fashion shows, floats endless festivities but if you just want a little 'r&r, it's all year round. Take it from someone who lives here! The best time to come here is during the cold months in the u.s that is if you're trying to escape the cold. But if you just wanna have fun and socialize with us Jamaicans, you'll catch us on the beach during summer mostly. Besides most people are on vacation. But it depends on why you wanna come here. But the winter months are wonderful it's still not as cold as America but you'll feel cool breeze and be able to get a t tan all at once it amazing!

The first time I went to Jamaica was the month of January...it was all that I expected it to be; faras weather. My husband I got married in Jamaica in the month of November; and it was perfect; so based on my experience I would say during November(maybe the end of of Oct) thru Janaury.,

Jamaica is great all year round. The best time to come here is any time that fits your time table.

Jamaica is great anytime of the year as the temperature is basically the same all year round but there is more to do and more life on the island during summer however, if you are from a country that experiences winter , the winter months would be a great time as you get to escape the cold in your country for a much warmer climate here in Jamaica.

We like to go in May to July. In the wintertime, the weather can be iffy. A lot of wind. The hurricane season run June to December but generally in July it is still too early to have a hurricane although there are exceptions. Whenever you go, have a great time and maybe we will see you there.
