You'd better start booking now as Riki said. But especially if you're from the UK because you'll need to get your tourist card/visa bought ahead of tiime.
So book your date now and then quickly go any reputable travel agency sites in the UK. A suggestion...shop around online and see which give the best deals and then call in person and see if the agency of choice will match or lower the package rate...most do comply.
Then book with the person on the phone and you can make more adjustments and requests (type of room, etc).
