When is the best time to visit the caribbean?

i,m thinking of booking a cruise at the end of october to the eastern part. will it be sunny

?
October is still a little close to hurricane season but you should be ok at the end. I used to work in the West Indies, and we headed north or to the Mediterranean in March and came back in late October. So that would be a good guideline. I did once arrive back in November and flew into the middle of Klaus in 1984 and it was horrendous. A cruise ship had entered St Thomas harbour during the hurricane and couldn't make dock. It caught up dozens of sail yachts and they all cascaded onto the beach ... some even ended up in the town. That was in November!

It will be very hot in October/November - even at Xmas it is hot, so you don't need to worry about when during that period you book. The one thing to think about though is the Xmas winds if you get seasick at all. I think late October will be just fine and hope 1984 never happens again (it's unlikely).

Most Caribbean islands you would have to take a gamble in the hurican season, but outside the season it's fine. However the Southern Caribbean islands like Auba, Bonaire and Curacao have not seen a huricane in ages, so there U can go any time of the year and not worry about a thing.(Curacao is the best)

YES, THATS GOOD. IF YOU WAIT TILL CHRISTMAS, WHICH IS PEAK SEASON, EVERYTHING WILL BE MUCH HIGHER PRICED ANYWAY.

Doethineb
It will certainly be sunny. And hot! I just hope that current air travel restrictions will allow you to pack your sun cream and mosquito repellant. Enjoy your trip! And don't forget to drink lots and lots of water when you're there, as it is easy to become dehydrated.

You will, by the way, be just missing the high season, which runs from November to May. That's when things become crowded and expensive.

I'd rather go the end of January or early February - since that's when I'd be crazed from winter.

Christmas is the best time to visit caribbean....

Christmas in Caribbean celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, the foundation stone of Christianity. Celebrating Christmas means celebrating the arrival of a Savor to save mankind from sin and eternal death. In Caribbean Christmas includes partying, feasting, gift giving, Christmas cards, Christmas music, the masquerade and lot more.

Christmas in Caribbean includes a Masquerade bands playing special music on the streets. People wear masks and dance and make fun in the streets to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. The masks are often of cow heads, the horse head, Policeman, the Devil and various women representations. Cow or mule headed people frighten the crowds as a part of the game.

At Christmastime people decorate their houses. Some people even get the walls painted. New curtains are also put up along with new furniture. If you cannot afford to purchase a new one then old furniture is polished and varnished.
