our language is a mixture of our native african tounge, english, indian spanish, french, irish, it was carefully planned by our ancestors so that the white plantation owners would only understand what they(the slaves) wanted them to hear

in order to understand and speak patois well u would have to live with a jamaican. i like to hear people who dont know it speak it i always laugh at them. lol. its funny. i guess u can buy books too but its better if someone taught u. good luck at ur effort. " TO DI WERL, SELL AFF" RRRR
