I hope you're not actually planning on going to Haiti as there is a steady travel warning from the US government. As you can read from the other responses here, a map of Haiti is fairly easily attainable from the world wide web.

Depends on what details you're looking for. For landmarks, cities and other demographics I would think the library would have an extensive collection. Though on the web if you know where to look or get lucky you can find just about anything you want. Go to www.yahoo.com or www.google.com and search for "map of haiti"
