On the west coast, at Payne's Bay. You can take a catamaran where they will take you to swim with them. They provide the food for the turtles which attracts them and they swim beneath your feet. I suppose you could go to the beach without the catamaran, but that would require you to swim out a bit further & if you're not a strong swimmer, the catamaran provide life vests and experienced staff.
Bajanqt
You can go for a cruise of the Catamaran or the Bajan Queen/Jolly Roger. They all dock off the west coast and you can go out and swim with the turtles.

I saw on the news once that we now have occasional turtles in British waters since they are warming up. I have been to Barbados but only on a day visit off a ship so never found out about turtles there. However the answer lies within the old search engine on the internet if you feel able to push one or two buttons! I have just visited a site and found the answer. Hawksbill and leatherback turtles are found at Hilton beach. Have a good time and please greet one for me.
