Linstead is a town in St. Catherine Parish, Jamaica in the West Indies. Popularized in the song "Linstead Market." (1991 pop. 14,144), on RR, and 12 mi/19 km NNW of Spanish Town. |

Its in St Catherine. If your coming from kingston you would have to pass on madela highway, through spanish town, cross flat bridge, where the hills would be surrounding you (you have the pum pum rock to look at ) and you would be on your way to linstead.
