Where in the Caribbean has calm, clear blue waters?

I will be going to the Turks and Caicos in March, but plan on going to the caribbean in late November.

We don't want to go to: Mexico, USVI, PR, DR, ext...

Aruba, or something in the Western Caribbean. the waters are calmer and warmer. I don't think Nov will be too touristy.

Try Tobago it's soo peaceful and tranquil and has got beautiful beaches
it's the sister island of Trinidad but Trini is more like the caribbean version of New york, i know because both of my parents are from Grenada and Tobago.
even Grenada has amazing beaches like Grande Anse and Bathway
the people there are sooo friendly
