Well passing the hate of the "Judge" over me I want to give you a recommendation.
Puerto Rico is a good place for a honeymoon. The Hornet Dosert in Rincon at the west of the Island is a free kids place for people in honeymoons or in anniversaries. If you want activities stay in the Condado or Isla Verde in the Metropolitan Area. The area is full of good hotels like the Marriot (in both areas) or the Ritz. My choice is the Caribe Hilton in Puerta de Tierra near the Condado and the Old San Juan. The Hotels have excellent views to the sea and the city, pools, restaurants, tennis and the only private beach available for tourist. You can snorkeling or even check a bridge where you can see corals and sharks. The location is excellent and you can visit the Old San Juan where you can find bars, exotic restaurants and a lot of history. Don't miss the El Morro Castle and the Cathedral.

Yes, I love my country P. R.

note: I'm a fan of Calle 13 ( and also U2 and Cold Play).

If you want to remain in PR you can go to the beach of either Cabo Rojo or Fajardo. The one in Fajardo is beautiful because you can see "El Yunque", the rain forest. I recommend you go to the little island next to PR called "Culebra". The beach is gorgeous and the sand is so nice it's even white. You just take a small boat and it takes 30 minutes to get there, if I'm not mistaken. You can also go to San Juan, everyone loves going there, El Yunque, and Ponce. There are many other things, really.

I would strongly recommend The Rincon by the Sea. The Rincon area is great peacefully area, have great beaches and you will find night live nearby, diving, etc. Do not miss the La Parguera Fluorescent Bay and the area of Cabo Rojo. I love the west part of the Island. We live in the north and enjoy going there whenever we have the opportunity. The north area is great too but is more commercial and noisy. Congratulations on your new life together.

El Conquistador Hotel in Fajardo!!!

The Horned Dorset is very good. It is private (you can have a villa with your own pool!) but I also recommend the El Conquistador. Never mind what the Judge says. My family lives in PR and they are very happy there.

Not sure of the best place in Puerto Rico. If you don't already have accommodations though have a look at this site:

You want to celebrate your honey moon in Puerto Rico,LOL,come on there are much better places than PR for that, lets say Las Vegas,Bora Bora Island,Paris and you want to go to PR,where the police kill the citizens, where the 90% of the citizens support the ganster music
(regaeton) and their criminals interpreters, where the heat is incredible,LOL,LOL.Oh I forgot maybe your budget only fit to PR.Thousands of familes are running to USA for a better living and you want to celebrate an extremly important event in this dirty island.
