Where is the Best Place to go in the Caribbean?

My Family and some other relatives are planning to go somewhere in the caribbean for spring break - mid march. We want to go somewhere family friendly - somewhere for teens/young kids- Not too expensive - Many different things to do - No super long flights

Puerto Rico is definitely a place to consider. It is very affordable and easy to get to. There is also so much to do from relaxing at the beach to hiking the rain forest and even visiting historical sites. It is very family friendly and you won't have difficulty finding things to do.

Look into going to Curacao.
Curacao has many different things to do, and has interesting stuff for people of all ages. Beautiful secluded beaches, rich and diverse culture, very rich history and loads to see everywhere.

Curacao. It is like going to Amsterdam but in the Caribbean!

An adventurer's paradise, Belize is a peaceful, English-speaking country just two hours away from 3 major U.S. Gateways. With a diversity of adventure opportunities unmatched by any other country, the Belizean people have protected over 40% of the country as parks and natural reserves.
Belize is on the Caribbean coast, nestled between Mexico and Guatemala and offers an intriguing mix of tropical forests rich with wildlife, majestic mountains, mysterious Maya temples, and diving and fishing experiences beyond comparison. In a single day, one can go from tropical forest to the longest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere.

And the people are as warm and friendly as the climate.

I think you and your family will have a great time at the Cayman Islands for spring break. It is not one of those party destinations, so everybody will enjoy it. You and your family can do things like snorkeling, sun bathing at the Seven Mile Beach, go to the turtle farm, and they even have a skate park for the kids.

I stayed at Harbour Heights, http://www.harbourheightscayman.com/. Check it out for more information.

Hope this helps.

The Cayman Islands is my favorite but it is very expensive. Consider takinga cruise, great for kids, and you get to see a couple of different places. Other than that, St. Thomas, St. martin or the Bahamas would work too
