Although I love Jamaica, I have to say that Barbados is fantastic. You already speak the language (or close enough) and you can party on the beach. Forget doing touristy things, just dance all night and sleep all day.

I just got back from Ocho Rios Jamaica.
We stayed at a Sandals Resort (Grande Ocho Rios).
The resort had so much to do, and they have many activities they will bus you out to. The staff was unbelievable. They ran circles around you to make your stay wonderful. I highly recommend it if you ever get the chance!

Go to Curacao, and if you want parties, go to Mambo Beach, Baya Beach or Wet & Wild Beach Club. There are some more "wild" party places as well.

I suggest.. BARBADOS!
Has a lot of things to do - romantic or not. There's a nightlife happening - clubs/parties/bars, stuff like that. There's also scuba diving, beaches. I must say, beautiful scenerios in that country.
