Everyplace had their good and bad sides, but I'd advise you to start by taking little vacations to different places. Which ever one you like the best, pick that one.
Try:
Jamaica
Antigua
Trinidad
Barbados
Bahamas
St. Lucia

High standard of living and low crime rate - tell me when yuh find the place!!
All the islands have crime to an extent - of course on a smaller scale as compared to the US
Trinidad and Tobago has quality education, homes and jobs - Tobago is relatively low of crimes - maybe like 2 or 3 murders for the year so far. Trinidad crime rate is a bit high, but its mostly with illegal activities |

Trinidad or Tobago are good choices
Both islands have free tertiary education, beautiful beaches and nature preservs, and much to offer.
Trinidad's crime is a little high, but Tobago's crime is low and there are many things to do on the island (scuba diving, fishing, hiking, and much more).
There are also alot of jobs avaliable.

i would have to say Negril or Montego Bay, the reasons for this is because i have been to the caribean many times and i think these are the best places to be. enjoyable and sunny. i got a lush tan! |
