Where is the best place to holiday in May this year??

We want hot (28-35 degrees), white sand beaches, slim chance of rain! Was thinking Cancun, Mexico but seems to be chance of rain - has anyone been there at that time or to Cuba in May? all other suggestions welcomed tho not Mauritius or Seychelles as way too pricey. thanks!

with climate change you may as well holiday in the UK, it will most probably be scorching!

Try out Curacao. Has a nice weather pretty much all year round, veeeeery slim chance of storms, and great beaches. The average temperature there is 26 (day + night avegare), but during the day it's mostly around 30 degrees.

feel free to contact me for more info

St Lucia - We went there last May and Scuba dived in just our swim wear, fantastic waters.

Grand Cayman checks all the boxes (Seven Mile Beach is world famous, about 5.5 miles long and it will be hot in May. Possibly some rain showers possible as it is the start of the rainy season but rarely isnt a problem until September) but if Mauritius / Seychelles are too pricey i think you should look elsewhere! The cheapest accom here is usually about USD1000 for a week although some places you might get for USD700 (about 380 quid at present). I have heard some people mentioning there are some good deals going in travel agents in the Uk at the moment. Same goes for the Bahamas.

Well, the temperature is a little warmer here than what you were looking for, but the chance of rain is slim and no hurricanes are in the forecast, so come to Orlando, Florida! Heck, Northerners are even swimming in the Ocean. And, Mickey & Minnie are waiting to see you all!

i go to the caribbean every may and we have always had great weather.the cheapest time to go is at the end of april beg may because thats when the winter flights are changing into the summer timetables and you can get odd durations. last year we got 10 days in dom rep for 299 pp all inclusive it was fab

Without any doubt Sharm el sheikh in Egypt, but
do remember to go to the Naam Bay area and not to SES specifically. you will recall that about 2 years ago there was a bomb blast, but now the place is covered by police. You will get hotels close to the beach and ward all day. the Hilton hotel ( I think it wa called El Sharaz is a.good one. there are loads of good restaurants and very good snorkling.

Kenya. It has the best beaches in the World and the weather will be great. Also the Maldives as the prices are on a par with the Caribbean.
You could also try the Cape Verde Islands which are nearer the equator than the canary islands ( although flights are from Gatwick or Manchester )

canaries it should be at least 28 degrees that time of the year california is ok but only 21 degrees or so , why not try australia .
