Where is the best place to stay in Jamaica for the money?

I live in Jamaica and we have a wide range of all inclusive hotels. If the trip is for a couple or a single person its best to go to a Sandals hotels we have around five on the Island you can even go Island hoping to other Sandals hotels in the Caribbean complimentary.

If you have children you can go to a Super Clubs resorts in Jamaica. All these resorts are interested in protecting the environment and are green globe certified which ensures that the hotels maintain and preserve the environment.

So come to Jamaica and feel alright.

Sandals Resort is a place you can check out! I stayed in one and loved it! It was in Ocho Rios. Have fun!

I must tell you! I stayed in Suset Jamaica Grande in Ocho Rios. As an all inclusive stay for a week. It was absolutely marvelous. I recommend everyone to go there. The Food is fabulous, the beach is beautiful. The view either hotel (there are two towers) was gorgeous. I just got back 2 weeks ago and I can't wait to go back! I'm actually from Dominican republic and we have beautiful beaches there, but jamaica was really good. The town was right off the hotel. So if you wanted to save money on food or soverniers you can walk right into town. The Hotel stay wasn't all the expensive. I recommend you speak to a Travel Agency like Liberty travel. When you work with a travel agency months in advanced you're able to make small payments until you can pay it off completely. This is my 2 time working with this travel agency. I've been able to pay $100-$150 a month for 9-10 months until I paid if all off. You don't have to stay with the same constant number, you pay what you can. Some months moreor less. As long as you finish paying it by the deadlinedate given by the agency. But they are also flex.
You're going to love it there... waterfalls as pools, it's close to the (inexpensive) excursions, (I went horseback riding, climbed dunns river falls and kissed a dolphin in three days). On the hotel grounds, they have activities, shows, great food, and they can arrange your weddings there too. It's totally awesome! I heard about the Riu and a lady on the bus on the way to the airport said it was too crowded with not enough restaurants. That hotel is beautiful, but looks too crowded. take a look!

There is a place called Ocho Rios, which is 2 hours from the main city and the main airport in Montego Bay. The resort is plush and very refreshing. It is called Hotel Riu - Ocho Rios.

Not that I've tried the au natural thing but you may want to check out Club Hedonism in Negril (West Coast). Have been to the Hotel Samsara in Negril, it was very old and small but was like $600 all -inclusive for the week and Negril was relatively safe and quiet compared to some of the other Jamaican tourist areas.
