I have 2 favorite vacation spots. The first one does not really have a destination. I love the drive out west. We usually get in the car and start driving. We stop wherever we want, stay as long as we want then go some more. Each time we stop somewhere different and also take a different route. There is so much to see, do and so much to learn. My husband and I got married at the drive thru in Vegas so that is also another reason I like the west. The second place I like is Orange Beach, Alabama. Again, we drive so we can see more. We never try to "plan" things and just play it by ear. We have a condo there and know when we are going but as far as what we do there or on the way to and from, it's a free for all. If you want to stop somewhere, you just say stop. Sometimes other family members go also. If so, we leave close together so at one point, we meet somewhere then follow each other in and stop at the grocery store. We have walkie talkies that we keep with us all the time so we can kind of know what everyone is going to do or where each other is. I always have a fun time.

I am a Filipino American. I am presently living in the Philippines. Locally, I had been in Baguio, Boracay, Cebu, Davao, Pagudpud in Ilocos, Palawan. These are vacation spots in the Philippines. I consider vacations with friends and relatives as the most cherished ones.

I had been to Hongkong with friends. I had stayed in California x 6 months with friends and relatives.

However, there is no place like home. I had cried during my first Christmas away from home & that is in the loveliest city I had been, San Francisco, California.
