Mine is Ochios Rios Jamaica at the lovely Sandals Dunn's River Resort. here you will find some of the islands most friendliest people, never will you hear the word NO. at least we did not. this all-inclusive resort treated us like Kings and Queens from the time you get off your 2 hour bus ride threw the poor but beautiful country side, this country is one of the few left that has not been westernized. no McDonald's and Taco Bells at every town you come into, in stead jerk chicken stands and little bars are what you see, until you get to the awesome resort were cold towels and champagne await you. and the thing you must worry about is what to eat and how much, what your next drink will be, and when to flip over so you don't cook as you lay on the beach.I have been to many places but there is no place like Jamaica and i can not wait till next month when we go back. Sandals is one of the truly All-inclusive resorts were once you pay your money you really could get a way with only bringing $20 for tips for the bus ride other wise, there no tipping at all. just sit back drink, eat , and enjoy the Jamaican life style and the great phase No Problem Mon. No worries. and that s no lie |

Da perfect dream vacation in J.A woilnt be in a 5 star hotel.
It would be in a villa somewhere in da rural ares , maybe St. Elizabeth, Hanover rural Kingston and St. Andrew, to name a few.
That way, one can learn da real gras roots ways n lifestyles of da majority of da population.
This also lends itself 2 early morning dew fall, 2 da immersion in da real Jamaican patois etc.
Be reminded tho dat although one stays in da country, travel, tours, stopping over in da city are just a phone call away, |
